I had the pleasure of working with Francesca and Beyond Nursing Experience for the 2024 Minority Women in Healthcare; Minority but Major Players Conference. As someone who is not in the healthcare field, this was still an event for everyone. From the food to networking, the vulnerability, listening to shared challenges to being motivated by each and everyone in the room, is an event one should not miss. I remember telling Francesca before my coverage was ending, "I'm actually going to stay longer, this is amazing". I left this conference with so much to take home.
